Why Cheap, Outsourced SEO Will Cost You in the Long Run

As an entrepreneur and business owner, you undoubtedly receive several unsolicited emails and pre-recorded phone messages that claim to be able to propel your website to the top of Google for just a few hundred dollars a month. While search engine optimization is one of the most powerful forms of online marketing, putting your company’s website in the hands of a low-quality SEO provider can be disastrous.
Several new businesses and startups engage with overseas companies in an effort to save money in the beginning. The lure of SEO services for only a few hundred dollars when a professional agency will quote several thousand dollars is enough to hook many business owners. Here are five reasons to avoid cheap, outsourced SEO: to read more of this post click here, https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/233941

Reason # 1
99 % of the techniques the overseas companies use are more than 3 years old. There testimonials look impressive until you look at the date the video or post was dated. These companies are not using what Google suggest the up to date elements Google wants to see.
Reason #2
When you let a company overseas use out dated processes on your site, it could cause you to be penalized by Google. You see what worked 3 years ago, or even 18 months ago, will not work now.
Reason #3
The over seas companies play on your greed of not able to pay for the service here in the United States by some companies that do know what they are doing. Even in the united states though, there are a lot of companies that are not up to date with what Google wants to see.
The over seas companies have a lower labor cost than here in the States.
Reason #4
Companies over seas need desperately to have that monthly income just like the traditional companies and Agencies here in the US do as well. Both will continue to string you along and never increase your ranking on Google.
Reason # 5
Reason number 5 isn't your typical reason that one would think, but could be the most important.
The most important reason not to use a company over seas is, there is no need to go over seas for low cost services that are the most up to date elements used to increase the ranking of your site on Google.
What I like and most small businesses do as well is, you can get the work done for a fixed cost and without entering a monthly contract. Most small businesses don't have a website big enough to warrant a monthly service contract.
You can get that low fixed cost service to optimize your website to increase your ranking on Google at probizranker.com.
They have 2 packages. A Basic package and a Premium Package for those companies that have a lot of competition and need a larger presence online. Check them out, I think you will be surprised. http://probizranker.com/business-website-services/

Today's Best Brands Aren't Marketing, They're Creating Movements

Housing prices were imploding. Financial institutions were in a nosedive. The Great Recession had just gotten underway, and was showing itself to be what it would become– a tectonic shift in our economy that would eliminate 7,030,000 jobs in the 13 months between September 2007 and September 2008 alone. In the midst of all this awful news, a group of executives atAmerican Express AXP +0.92% got together with CEO Kenneth Chenault to share their concerns.
Their anxieties were not about their bottom line. Instead, they talked about what they and their company could do to help small retailers, who were especially vulnerable in the downturn. From their conversations came a new brand movement called Small Business Saturday. (Luckily, they didn’t go with their first idea, Small Business Tuesday.) Small Business Saturday is now in its sixth year, and research suggests it has made a lasting impact in inspiring people to shop small. The Saturday after Thanksgiving has been made an official day by Congress, and on the most recent day in 2015, more than 95 million people spent $16.2 billion in America’s small businesses. read more here,http://goo.gl/qe5tU8

It's 2016, But Nearly Half of U.S. Small Businesses Still Don't Have a Website

It’s hard to imagine the world without the Internet.
For some of us, that is: It may be 2016, but 46 percent of  U.S. small businesses still don’t have a website for their company, according to a report released by business-to-business research firm Clutch.

Of the more than 350 small businesses surveyed -- the majority of which have less than 10 employees and less than $1 million in annual revenue -- cost was listed as the second-most popular reason for not having an online presence. Lack of technical know-how and the need for upkeep were other popular reasons, while 12 percent said that they use social media in place of a static site. read more of this post here, https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjqteOtn7fMAhUCQiYKHfZFAzYQFggoMAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.entrepreneur.com%2Farticle%2F271068&usg=AFQjCNEr7ITbpfkoepHR0zTKamg14ULLJA&sig2=SOStn-pSBcoBQqp43XVmtg&bvm=bv.121070826,d.dmo

4 Tools That Make Your Small Business Look Big

Build/Update your Website:

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) estimated last year that 50 percent of all small businesses still didn’t have a website. Without a presence on the web, your small business can easily go unnoticed by potential customers. Now the good news: It’s easier than ever to create a website, especially one that your customers can access from their mobile devices. More than 75 percent of mobile phone users access the internet through them, and the number will rise to nearly 86 percent by 2018. Google now favors sites which work well on mobile in its search results: You definitely want to be one of the top results when people go looking. read more at, https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/272049?utm_content=bufferaf4b7&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

Another trend that all business need and are pursuing, is Website/online optimization. Businesses know that if their website is not optimized both on page and off page, coupled with a Social media network attached to their website, they won't have a strong enough online presence to make any difference to make them selves visible to the public or Google.

There are many companies out there still banking on a business not knowing that seo isn't the one all to end all anymore. Google has evolved to the point where it see's everything and what you are really about. So doing old style tactics with keywords and backlinks are a thing of the past. They still have a roll, but google doesn't place its ranking decision on those old ways any more. Its so much bigger than the way it used to be. Let Probizranker help you with your business. How to Create a Sensible Social Media Strategy for Your Business

Many businesses find social media overwhelming - there are so many networks available, and they’re always adding new features for you to learn and integrate into your plan. If you don’t have a full-time team of social media experts at your disposal, your success depends on creating a simple and sensible strategy that fits your resources and goals.
Here are a few steps you can take to focus your energy:

1) Define your target audience

If you haven’t already identified and documented your buyer personas, start by defining the key demographics of the audience you’re trying to reach - age, gender, occupation, income, hobbies and interests, etc. Think about the challenges they’re faced with, and what problems they’re trying to solve on daily basis. Try to focus on the 3-4 types of people that represent the majority of your buyers - don’t get hung up on all the exceptions, or you’ll never get started!

2) Start blogging

Fresh content is the linchpin of a successful social strategy, so you’ll need to commit to creating fresh, quality content on a consistent basis. Brainstorm a list of the most common questions you hear from your prospects, and commit to writing at least one new blog post a week focused on addressing these questions.

3) Create educational content

Consider creating downloadable content like ebooks, checklists, videos, and infographics that address your buyer’s pains. If the content is truly helpful and educational, people will be more likely to share it on social media and extend your reach.

4) Focus on a few key social channels

Most small businesses don’t have the bandwidth to establish and sustain a great social media presence on more than a handful of channels. It can also be overwhelming to learn the rules of engagement on a bunch of different networks at one time. Start small. Research key networks to learn where your target audience is most likely to spend time, and focus your effort on building, nurturing, and sustaining a community there before moving on to another channel.

5) Develop a recipe card to guide you

Social media isn’t an exact science, so you need to establish a consistent posting and engagement schedule to start seeing results. Start by developing a reasonable recipe card you feel comfortable sticking to. Set goals for how frequently you'll post content and engage your followers, and hold yourself accountable to following your recipe.

6) Measure your results

There are a million things you can track related to social media, so start by looking at how much traffic is being driven to your website or blog from social media. Watch your posts to see what people are responding to, and look for trends related to particular topics or keywords that generate more interest than others. Once you have a sense of what's possible, set goals for key metrics and start keeping a scorecard to measure your progress. Be sure to chose metrics that are easy to gather - if it's too time-consuming to track, you'll fall off the wagon!
  • Net new fans and followers
  • # of interactions
  • Visits to your site from social

7) Adjust your tactics

Unless you're a celebrity, social media doesn't start working overnight. It takes time to build a following, establish yourself as an influencer, and start seeing results.  You'll need to experiment a bit to find the right combination of channels, content, and messaging that works for your audience. Over time, you’ll be able to adjust your recipe card, content, and personas based on the information you’re gathering - which will help you fine tune your strategy and generate more consistent results! originally posted on http://goo.gl/PJCFq0

9 Reasons Social Media Marketing Should Top Your To-Do List

These days, it isn’t enough to have a website for your business – your digital storefront extends to social media marketing sites like Facebook and Twitter, and it’s time to start capitalizing on it. If your company still doesn’t have a Twitter account or a Facebook fan page, it’s time to get with the program and bring yourself up to speed (or risk falling behind your competition).
Still not convinced? Here are nine reasons social media marketing should top your to-do list: originally posted at, http://goo.gl/O2B05x

Here is number 8 out of 9 reasons you should have your own social network for social engagement (the #1 metric for ranking).

8.)   It’s free. How can you argue with that? If you handle your own social media management, running a social networking campaign is as cheap as it gets. If you hire a social media management or online PR agency, it will cost around $3,000-$7,000 per month, but it’ll be an investment that you’ll be likely to see a return on. If you’re intimidated by interacting with people online or your writing skills leave something to be desired, hiring an online PR agency is definitely the way to go. Posting poorly written content or conveying the wrong kind of messages on social networking sites can seriously affect your digital PR presence.

To pay a PR agency is one option, but a better option would be to build your own social network and build up your own authority and ranking for your website,

You can go to probizranker.com and learn for free how to build your own branded social network, through the free course online, if you want to know how to do it yourself.

Social engagement is how to make your business successful with social media marketing

Social Engagement is how to make your business successful with social media marketing.
Social engagement (also social involvement, social participation) refers to one's degree of participation in a community or society.
To ad to the diffenition, from Google’s stand point, how much social participation/involvement, (social engagement) from society with you or your site.
Here is why social engagement is so important. If you look at the chart, (this from Google) 1/15/15, The number one metric on the chart the bar is broken because it wouldn’t fit on the page. Google has it at 67% of the number one factor in determining how to rank your website  or not.

But let me make it as simple as I can to understand. Social engagement  from any tool or platform, is;

First level of social engagement;
Search results, Google serves up what it thinks you want, and you click on results.
Click thru rate. If you click on what Google gives you. Google see’s it as relevant to what you were looking for.
Dwell time. After you click on what you want, how long you stay on the page and if you click on something that page has on it.
This is why you can’t go out and buy a bunch of likes, views, or followers. Google see’s everything now, its called the Semantic Web, or Web 3.0

The second level is;
Likes, (Facebook, YouTube, +1 Google, Twitter)
Shares, (G+,YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Stumble upon)
Comments, on all of the above
Bookmarks
Third level is;
Where Google see’s your material on other Social media as book marks, video embeds, blog repost, on web 2.0 properties, other blogs and websites.
And Google finds your material 2 and 3 generations away from your site, with back links to your site or video.

There are do’s and don’ts with social media!
Don’ts:
Do Not go out and buy any kind of “Likes”, Follow’s”, Comments. Shares,
Or
Back links, embeds, Blog repost.
If you do you will get penalized by Google for Spam!
Google knows who is selling what, so if you buy from those sites, you will be penalized.

Do’s
Update your own social media.
Build your own social media network.
You can use some of the tools out there that are free to take the work load off you maintaining or monitoring your social media.
If you need more social engagement , and you want to spend some money, use YT adds, is the cheapest, followed by Face book, and then Adwords.
Any of these ad will give you lots of traffic and engagement.

If you don’t have a social network built for your brand, your company, your product, it is an absolute must. You will not rank your website if you don’t have one.
This isn’t a sales video, but if you don’t have the time r don’t want to learn how to open all the accounts and set all the settings in the account so that Google will recognize them. An then link all of your social media accounts together  with your website, to make a very powerful network in Googles eyes.
